I, Qudsiya Shaikh, am in serious need of your support due to my medical situation.
I have been diagnosed with Cholelithiasis and it calls for immediate surgery. Cholelithiasis is a medical condition where hard, pebble-like deposits develop within the gallbladder of an individual.
I am a widow and have a daughter to look after.
