I, Akbar Abdul Raheman Chougule, am in dire need of your monetary support for my sister's medical treatment.
My sister, Farzana Chougule, has been diagnosed with Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and needs an immediate allogenic stem cell transplant.
Farzana hasn't been privileged to take care of her treatment and she has a son to look after.
